Moving Buttons Between Toolbars

In previous tips, we've shown you how to insert new commands on a toolbar and how to add a hyperlink to a toolbar. There is another easy customization feature available any time you have the Customize dialog box open (select Tools, Customize).
You can grab any button on any of the visible toolbars and drag it to another location on any other visible toolbars. Try this if you feel that you have a better idea for the arrangement of the toolbar icons. When you finish, click OK in the Customize dialog box.
