Adding Effects to Text

If you're looking for a little spice for your Word 2000 documents, check this out! One easy to way to season your pages is by adding some effects to a particularly important block of text. These text effects are easy to identify and apply via the Font dialog box, but be careful. Life with text effects isn't all glitz and glamor.
To add effects to text, select the text and choose Format, Font. Click the Text Effects tab and select from the list of Animations. Click OK, and watch in wonder as your text Shimmers, Sparkles, or Blinks. And remember, a little dab'll do ya.
