If you've ever wondered about using the Command Prompt with networked drives check this out. This is no problem, provided you map the drives and give them a drive letter.
Open Network Neighborhood and double-click the computer with which you want to work. Now right-click the drive you want to map and choose Map Network Drive. Notice which drive letter is assigned to the drive.
Now open a Command Prompt window and type in the new drive letter. You can now work with the new drive in the Command Prompt window.
