Move it Down

Windows XP allows you to take complete command of your computer। You can even change drive letter designations with the Management Console if you need to rearrange your drives; or want to have a specific drive letter assigned to a specific drive।
To reassign drive letters, click Start, and then right click on My Computer and choose Manage from the context list. In the Storage tree, click on Disk Management. Identify the disk whose drive letter you want to change, and right click on its icon on the bottom half of the screen. Choose Change Drive Letter and Paths from the context menu that appears. Click the Change button in the resulting dialog. Use the drop down to choose an unassigned, available drive letter and click OK until you're back out to the main Management Console window. Exit the Management Console and restart for your changes to take effect.
